Our client based in Worksop is currently looking for a Shift Leader. This is a full-time permanent position.
Candidates must have a strong background working in team leading, organising preferably have worked in customs before.
Please note this role is working betwen Monday & Sunday 6am-10pm, candidates must be flexible with shifts.
Your duties will include:
• Respond to customs queries via specified platforms (email/portals/IT platforms, etc.)
• Awareness of duty and VAT calculations
• Maintain and ensure compliance with current legislation and customs procedures
• Ensure sufficient staffing for each shift, promptly raising any potential issues and resolutions with the Management Team
As a team leader you will be overseeing and monitoring progress of designated tasks daily and ensure each task is completed to the required standard. Providing constructive feedback to your team.
Candidate experience:
• Leading a team and reporting feedback at the end of each shift
• Strong attention to detail
