Summary


The post holder will work within the Mortality Review programme, as function of the Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Team, specialising in the delivery of nationally recognised mortality review methodology. The postholder will contribute to care record reviews and co-ordinate the learning from deaths process across the organisation, in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders, generating evidence to support quality improvement. They will be highly organised, possess good governance, IT and analytical skills and be confident in communicating information in a range of formats.

Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 months will be considered with approval from current manager.
