Customer Support Officer
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Officer for our client based in Avonmouth, Bristol. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process.
This is a call-based role where you will be answering inbound calls from customers, handling enquiries, and raising and resolving cases in between calls.
Your Role as a Customer Support Officer
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with enquiries
- Logging and managing cases accurately in the system
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly
- Working across multiple systems including CRM and email
Requirements
- Previous experience in office or call centre-based roles desirable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- Professional and customer-focused approach
Pay & Shifts
- £14.06 per hour
- Monday to Friday:
- 08:30 AM - 17:00 PM
