We are now seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Supervisor to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Maintain outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles available for sale.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to full resolution.
• Ensure the delivery of an excellent level of customer service at all times.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Meet and exceed car sales targets.
• Advise customers on and upsell finance, insurance, and accessories.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve agreed performance targets.
• Manage customer service levels and handle feedback professionally.
• Maintain a safe workplace while supporting high customer satisfaction.
• Support colleagues and contribute to long-term customer loyalty.
• Build natural rapport with customers in the showroom.
• Deliver a no-pressure sales service, identifying and anticipating customer needs.
• Complete face-to-face quotations for chosen or recommended vehicles based on customer requirements.
• Demonstrate strong communication, task management, and customer service skills.
