Job Role
Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a multi-site recycling facility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and collaborative team after an internal departmental promotion.
This role plays a key part within their warranty and compliance team, ensuring customers receive a first-class experience across a network of UK sites. From onboarding new clients to managing enquiries, bookings, and order processing, you'll be at the heart of delivering smooth and efficient service:
• Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
• Providing customer service both internally and externally
• Supporting customer onboarding
• Liaising with partners and suppliers to coordinate service delivery.
• Producing customer reports and processing quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Setting up new contracts and managing existing customer records accurately.
• Organising and managing bookings using internal systems.
Requirements
We would expect the successful customer service representative to be able to demonstrate previous experience in customer service or an administrative role.
Confident working knowledge of Microsoft office, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident telephone manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role if you have worked within sales administration, customer service administration, warranty support or a sales support position.
