We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact within a busy and welcoming workplace environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a warm, confident manner who enjoys a varied front-of-house position and takes pride in delivering excellent service.​

Job Description

As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming communications, and providing general support to the wider site team. You will be part of a collaborative workplace with excellent onsite facilities and wellbeing initiatives.

This role also offers clear opportunities for development, including progression into broader facilities roles for those looking to advance.

The Role

Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service.

Handle incoming calls, emails, visitor enquiries, and postal duties.

Log and process deliveries using Royal Mail systems.

Provide general administrative and office support as required.

Maintain a tidy, organised, and presentable reception area at all times.

About You

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.).

Professional, reliable, and well-presented.

Friendly, adaptable, and approachable.

Ideally located within a reasonable commuting distance.
