Long Term Futures is looking for a confident, proactive SEN Behaviour Mentor to support two pupils in Year 6 with ASD and behavioural needs in a welcoming primary school in Hammersmith. These pupils require a strong role model who can keep them engaged in class, redirect them when needed, and prevent disruption to other learners.
You will be providing a firm but fair approach, setting clear boundaries, offering emotional support, and helping the pupils manage their behaviour so they can fully access learning. The ideal candidate will be calm, resilient, and able to build positive, trusting relationships with both children.

This primary school in Hammersmith is known for its supportive leadership team, strong pastoral focus, and commitment to helping pupils with additional needs succeed. Teachers describe the environment as structured, friendly, and collaborative, with excellent systems in place for behaviour and SEN support.
Transport Links: Hammersmith offers excellent accessibility via the District, Piccadilly, and Hammersmith & City Lines, along with multiple bus routes into West and Central London.
