Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities team at UK Head Office. In this key role, you’ll help ensure our sites are safe, well-maintained, and fully operational.

You’ll be the first point of contact for facilities-related queries, manage maintenance schedules, coordinate contractors, and contribute to the smooth running of our facilities database and reporting systems..

Key Details:
Location: Chapeltown, Sheffield
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

Your main responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day support for site maintenance and facilities operations
- Responding to repair requests and facilities issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinating and monitoring contractors to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintaining accurate records, including risk assessments and contractor documentation
- Supporting safety tours and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota to address urgent issues
- Creating purchase requisitions for facilities contracts and services
- Promoting health and safety compliance across the site


What you need to succeed:
- Experience of an administrative role
- A passion for being handy (e.g. repairs, DIY)
- Confidence using MS Excel to an intermediate standard
- An organised and methodical approach to work
- Confidence liaising with stakeholders of all levels
- Excellent attention to detail
