Summary
Job Description:
InBond Document Management Limited is a provider of specialised warehousing and document management services. After a period of structured growth, InBond Document Management Limited is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support our daily operations and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office.
The position requires working 35 hours per week between 7 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities and duties:
Prepare daily ecamis and clinic picks, prioritising workloads through to the warehouse to achieve agreed turnaround of requests
Liaise with the client, providing effective updates on request
Collate and document the work figures to assist with the KPI tracking
To log and track misfiles
To carry out investigation work within the warehouse
Maintain effective communications between the warehouse and the client via ecamis, email and telephone
Adhere to all departmental and Company processes and procedures, including strict deadlines.
Provide departmental cover of colleague’s workloads when required
Identify and report to the relevant Supervisor or Manager of any issues that may adversely affect the smooth running of the operation
To carry out any tasks reasonably requested by the Office Supervisor or the Group Business Support Manager.
To demonstrate a positive approach to personal development
Working to the BRCGS Standards set out within the business processes
Comply with Company confidentiality agreements
Skills:
