The Role As Theatre & Venues Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our theatres and venues are safe, professional, and welcoming spaces. Working closely with the Theatre & Venues Operational Lead, you’ll oversee front-of-house operations, lead event delivery, and inspire your team to provide outstanding customer care and facility presentation.
What You’ll Do Act as Duty Manager during events and performances, taking responsibility for the building and team. Supervise and schedule staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve enquiries and complaints. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance across our venues. Support financial processes, venue hire, and operational performance tracking.
Who You’ll Work With You’ll collaborate with a passionate team including: Cultural Team Leader Performing Arts Programme & Event Manager Technical Staff Marketing Team Visitor Advisors and Front-of-House Staff
