Summary
Position: Assembly Operative
Location: Ellesmere Port
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: £13 p/h
HRGO is recruiting a permanent Assembly Operative.
Key Tasks:
- Test pneumatic and hydraulic hoses; conduct off-site tests and generate reports.
- Advise product repairs or replacements.
- Operate a Laser Engraving Machine, swaging machines, hose cutters, and basic power tools.
- Support a safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing/assembly; knowledge of best practices.
- Ability to work independently with strong planning skills.
- Computer literacy (Office packages) is beneficial.
- Full UK driving licence; Tig welding knowledge is a plus.
