Job Vacancy: Working Supervisor (Grey Hat) WASTE MANAGEMENT - Heathrow Airport

Location: Heathrow Airport (Airside)
Duration: 2 Years
Start Date: TBC - Potentially New Year
Position: 1x Working Supervisor (Grey Hat)

We are looking for an experienced Working Supervisor to join our team for a long-term project at Heathrow Airport. The successful candidate will be required to complete Airside Pass clearance.

Requirements:
  • Gold CSCS Card

  • SSSTS

  • Previous experience as a Working Supervisor (Grey Hat)

  • Strong knowledge of site safety and operational supervision

  • Ability to work in a high-security, fast-paced environment

  • Must be reliable, hands-on, and able to manage small teams effectively

  • Experience working on large construction, civils, or waste management projects is beneficial

Role Overview:
  • Supervising day-to-day works on site

  • Ensuring adherence to health & safety procedures

  • Coordinating workforce and ensuring efficient workflow

  • Supporting with general site tasks when required

  • Managing waste processes and segregation

  • Liaising with site management and completing relevant paperwork
