Summary
We are looking for a
Residential Keyworker
to start as soon as possible
32 hours per week Monday to Friday for 39 weeks of the year (term time plus 5 INSET days)
Salary: S5 £27,636 - £ 29,606 FTE (£14.72 - £15.77 ph) plus benefits, plus £45pw sleeping-in allowanceWe are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and caring team member who has good initiative and is organised and practical. We can offer you a fun and rewarding position within our unique and friendly residential provision. An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is desirable and/or a commitment to undertake training and professional development.
Main responsibilities will include key-working a small group of students, providing access to activities in the community and leading small group activities as well as maintaining records and communicating with parents, colleagues and external professionals.
Hours will be a mutually agreed set shift pattern of 32 hours per week, spread across four weekdays, with flexibility to increase or decrease hours, and including two evenings (Monday to Thursday) plus one sleep-in per week (for an additional £45).We really want to appoint the right person to our team, so we welcome visits to the school or telephone calls prior to application.
