Summary
Applicants must be living in the United Kingdom with a UK Passport or UK Citizenship.
Highly dexterous workers required.
Crops include, Tulips, Lilies, Stocks, all glasshouse crops, Asters Outdoors
Work involves bunching and grading on flower lines, sleeving, taping flower food to the flower bouquets, labelling the flower sleeves and packing flowers into buckets then into boxes.
Harvesting (cropping) & crop maintenance / crop husbandry, weeding, lifting crop supports etc.
Ability to work in all areas & quickly with hands is required.
A good work ethic is essential.
The staff have to be able to work as part of a team and be able follow instructions.
For the best working candidates increased pay rates will be awarded on performance.
Hours 39 hours per week , plus overtime at 1.25 over basic pay
