A well-established consultancy is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Technician (Revit) to join their team in Dunfermline. The role offers a hybrid working pattern and the opportunity to work on a variety of housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Revit models for housing projects
- Produce accurate construction drawings and documentation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality designs
- Ensure work is completed to deadlines with high attention to detail
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience using Revit
- Proven experience in the residential/housing/housing development sector
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Team player with good communication skills
