Summary

University residences provide accommodation to approximately 5,500 students across the university. We are committed to providing a professional, customer focused service to a wide range of people.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and reliable individual, responsible for delivering an efficient and effective maintenance service on a student residences site.

Post 1 - Full Time 35 hours per week, typically Monday - Friday 7 hours per day
Post 2 Part Time, 25 hours per week, typically Monday - Friday 5 hours per day

Shifts are worked between 8.00am - 6.00pm on a rota basis

Starting Salary: £12.79 per hour (Grade 2) - £23,350 pro rata.

This role is based on Campus.

The role will require a flexible approach to working hours and is based on working 5 days out of 7 each week, as required, to support the achievement of the department’s goals.
