Agratas is powering the future of energy storage — and we're inviting a dedicated and skilled Facility Electrode Technician to join our Cell Prototyping Facility at the R&D Centre. This is a hands-on role central to the production of battery electrodes, with a strong focus on safety, precision, and collaboration.
If you have experience in battery electrode manufacturing, particularly in dryroom environments, and are ready to contribute to cutting-edge energy solutions, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibility Areas
Electrode Manufacturing: Operate and support processes such as slurry mixing, slot die coating, and inline quality control. Ensure adherence to all safety standards and contribute to ongoing facility improvements.
Operational Support: Work closely with project management to coordinate and schedule electrode builds across multiple projects.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records for full traceability and support scientists with data extraction and interpretation. Clearly report process details back to technical teams.
Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Manage critical spares and maintain relationships with equipment vendors to stay updated on market trends and innovations.
