Summary
Stagefreight are a long established industry leader supporting music concerts, the arts and live events transport and part of the Stagetruck Group of Companies who specialise in transporting music tours for the Worlds largest artists and bands.
Working in the music and live entertainment industry you will be part of a growing trucking company who have bases and facilities in the North and South of England and in Central Holland.
Stagefreight Ltd are looking for a Transport / Operations Assistant, Based at our Bradford office with strong transport links to Leeds and the surrounding areas.
You will be working closely with our Operations, Compliance and Accounts managers in a varied role in a shared office situated at the hub of our Northern Operation.
Duties / Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries as appropriate
· Liaise with the team to produce accurate driver job sheets
· Perform general operational administration tasks.
· Provide first – line support to our drivers and assist the transport team.
Build/maintain relationships with new and existing clients – in live events and GH
Support team members with various administrative projects as needed.

· Respond to new customer quotations
· ·Book ferries, GMRs, PBNs - we will provide training for this
Requirements
Solid Transport Knowledge as well as good geography skills is a must
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Strong organisational abilities to prioritise tasks effectively
Good phone etiquette with clear communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Working a 37.5 hour week between 0830 - 1700 with some flexibility.
