As part of the School of Health Sciences Diagnostic Radiography programme's current ambition and growth, we seek to recruit a full-time Lecturer in Health Sciences in Diagnostic Radiography to cover maternity leave until 31/12/2026. We can offer a stimulating environment and support to enable the successful candidate to fulfil their professional ambitions.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to contribute to teaching and learning for diagnostic radiography.
Candidates should have current professional registration (on the appropriate part of the register) with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a specialist qualification in Radiography.
Available at Grade 7, the post provides an opportunity for aspiring or experienced candidates to take the programme forward with the team. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in, for example, imaging across modalities, physics, technology relating to diagnostic radiography, ultrasound for Radiography service workforce provision. Applications are invited from individuals who can support a portfolio of education for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

This role will be located on campus at Bangor with travel to the Wrexham Campus.
Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
