Summary
YMCA Brighton is a registered charity. We provide supported accommodation to over 300 people across the city of Brighton alongside our EVOLVE Work and Learning Service.
In the role of Deputy Manager, to support and deputise the Manager of the project in their absence. Through 1:1 and casework supervision to encourage and develop members of the project team to their full potential. In conjunction with the Manager, to ensure that the project meets all its legal and contractual obligations. To ensure that the project offers a safe rehabilitative home for all clients. To play a lead role in ensuring that the project and its staff maximise the independence and skills of clients through key working, internal provisions, ie work & learning through EVOLVE, YMCA Brighton and accessing external specialist support services.
