Summary
Metal Finishing Operative – Anodising
Location: Uxbridge (own transport required) | Salary: £29,000 + overtime
Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm (early finish Fridays) | Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 9% pension, free parking

The Role
Manual and automated metal finishing
Anodising, passivation, masking, and jigging
Inspect components to aerospace standards
Safely handle process chemicals and equipment
Work to strict quality and safety standards
Key Skills & Experience
Proven metal finishing experience (anodising essential)
Background in engineering, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced team
