Your Role

As a Community Care Worker, you’ll provide person-centred care that promotes dignity and independence:

Personal Care: Washing, dressing, toileting assistance
Health Support: Meal preparation, hydration, medication assistance
Companionship: Emotional support and mobility help
Household Help: Tidying, changing linens, light domestic tasks
Logging: Record visits easily using our Beehive Care app
Hours That Work for You

Evening Shifts: Typically 4pm–10pm (flexible start times available)
Part-Time or Full-Time: Minimum of 3+ evening shifts per week
Extra Hours: Optional additional shifts via our Click to Care app
What We’re Looking For

Full UK driving licence & reliable car (essential)
Confidence driving in rural areas and country lanes
A caring, dependable nature
Comfort using a smartphone for rotas and care notes
Right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
