The Role: Supporting Those Who Need You Most
You will be delivering essential, person-centred care to clients in their homes.
Your Daily Impact:
Personal Care: Assisting clients with washing, dressing, and toileting.
Home & Health: Meal preparation, hydration support, and medication assistance.
Companionship: Providing emotional support and mobility help.
Logistics: Logging visits easily using our user-friendly Beehive Care app.
Household Help: Assisting with light household tasks (e.g., tidying, changing linens).
Shifts That Fit Your Life
We offer stable contracts with flexible options tailored to your needs:
Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (includes alternate weekends).
Part-Time: Flexible shifts based on your availability, requiring a minimum of 3+ morning or evening shifts per week.
Extra Earning: Optional extra hours are available via our Click to Care system.
What We Need From You (Essentials)
Eligibility: You must have the existing Right to Work in the UK. We are unable to offer or provide sponsorship.
Driving is Essential: A Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car are absolutely essential for covering the rural Sampford Peverell area.
Rural Readiness: Confidence driving in rural areas and country lanes.
Qualities: A genuinely caring, dependable nature and passion for helping others.
Tech-Ready: Comfort using a smartphone for rotas and care notes.
