Job Summary
The CRM Campaign Executive (Loyalty) at St John Ambulance is responsible for executing targeted CRM campaigns across various channels to drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy for Enterprise products and services and with the wider charity. Leveraging proficiency in CRM platforms and strong analytical skills, the executive collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and target audience segments. With a focus on segmentation, personalisation, and automation, they create compelling campaign content and monitor performance metrics to optimise campaign effectiveness. By maintaining meticulous attention to detail and continuous learning, the CRM Campaign Executive plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business success.
About You
You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C / 4) including Maths & English, minimum 5, experience in executing CRM campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, and direct mail, with a focus on segmentation and personalisation, experience in analysing campaign performance metrics and deriving actionable insights to optimise campaign strategy and familiar with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
About the Role
Campaign Execution: Execute CRM campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and target audience segments.
Content Creation: Collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling content for CRM communications and manage creative assets in the CRM with version control.
Campaign Setup and Automation: Set up campaigns within CRM platforms, configure automation workflows, and schedule campaign launches to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
Segmentation and Personalisation: Implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalised messaging and offers tailored to different customer segments and personas.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on campaign elements such as subject lines, messaging, and creative assets to optimise campaign performance and drive engagement.
Data Management: Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and delegate data within the CRM system, including segmentation criteria maintenance.
