Summary

Are you an organised, customer-focused professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re supporting an organisation in Grantham to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and collaborative team.

This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive a first-class experience across a network of UK sites. From onboarding new clients to managing enquiries, bookings, and order processing, you'll be at the heart of delivering smooth and efficient service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting customer onboarding and maintaining key service databases.
• Liaising with partners and suppliers to coordinate service delivery.
• Producing customer reports and processing quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Setting up new contracts and managing existing customer records accurately.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Organising and managing bookings using internal systems.
• Working closely with operations, sales, commercial, IT, and finance teams to ensure seamless service.
• Updating portals and systems with accurate data for management reporting.
• Assisting with training and supporting new team members when required.

About You

Essential:

• Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role.
• Confident working with internal systems, databases, and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle enquiries professionally.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, reliable team player who can also work independently.
