Your Role Will Include:
- Offering calm, reliable support 1:1 and in small groups
- Helping deliver structured and personalised learning tasks
- Building trusting relationships that encourage emotional stability
- Promoting positive choices and behaviour using nurturing strategies
- Creating a consistent, safe and predictable classroom atmosphere
- Getting involved in hands-on learning both indoors and outdoors

- Confidence working with SEMH needs or behaviour challenges
