Regional Manager,

Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow regional fundraising initiatives, with a focus on supporting international students arriving for education in the UK.
Inspire, guide, and oversee fundraising programmes to increase income and community engagement.
Provide short-term, interest-free financial assistance to eligible students to help cover tuition fees and essential living costs during hardship.
Recruit, manage, and motivate regional fundraising committees and volunteers.
Deliver exceptional supporter care, ensuring donors and community members feel valued and recognised.
Organise charity events, participate in trade fairs, and enhance campaign visibility.
Submit regular weekly progress reports to the Trustees.
Qualifications & Experience
To succeed in this role, you must have:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
At least 3 years of experience in community fundraising, charity management, or a similar supporter-focused role.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse communities and donors.
Experience working with volunteers, families, or community groups.
Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and empower others.
Flexibility to travel across the UK, including occasionl evenings and weekends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of fundraising regulations and familiarity with fundraising databases.
Language Requirements
Alongside fluent English, candidates must speak at least one of the following languages:
Arabic
Azeri
Persian
