What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous nursery experience, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
- Creative, caring, and inclusive approach to early childhood development
What You’ll Do
- Manage the daily running of your room, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning, development, and wellbeing in line with EYFS
- Lead, mentor, and support your team of early years practitioners
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and support children’s individual need
