We’re looking for an energetic, organised and guest-focused Reservations, Meetings & Events Agent to join our crew at the dual-branded Moxy & Residence Inn Slough!

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the Reservations, M&E and Commercial team, you will:


Handle daily incoming reservations, groups, and event enquiries
Update bookings, confirmations and rooming lists with accuracy
Coordinate event details and ensure smooth handover to the operations team
Assist in managing group allocations and tracking pick-up
Maintain the M&E diary and support with meeting room set-up information
Help prepare weekly commercial and operations communication
Build positive relationships with clients, agents and travel partners
Support with system updates, data entry and Opera maintenance
Arrange and host property show rounds when required
Work closely with the Reservations, M&E Manager on rate loading, proposals and client follow-up
Proactively spot upsell opportunities and support revenue growth


This is a hands-on role focused on coordination, communication, and accuracy — perfect for someone developing their commercial career.


What We’re Looking For


Passionate, motivated and guest-focused
Strong organiser with good attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a lively, fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
Opera PMS knowledge (preferred, not essential)
Previous hotel or customer service experience
