Summary

Essential person specification requirements NVQ level 3 (or equivalent qualification) Five GCSEs, including English and Mathematics, at Grade C or above Experience of working within a complex administrative role and office environment Experience of providing full Administration/facilitation of meetings to a Committee/Group, including production of an agenda, taking minutes, etc Experience of working in an environment with minimal supervision Able to demonstrate extensive use and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Access, Excel and Word) to produce fairly complex documents, analysis and regular reports Working knowledge of Local Risk Management Systems (LRMS) e.g. Datix/Radar Awareness of own limitations A willingness to undertake further training as required and evidence of ongoing commitment to personal development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure Demonstrates the ability to prioritise own workload and work with minimal supervision Systematic and methodical approach to work Accurate typing and advance document formatting skills.
