We’re looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Housing Support Services team. About the role As Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the customer journey across all areas of our housing operations. You’ll lead a focused team, including a Continuous Improvement Project Lead, Training & Quality Officer, and Continuous Improvement Coordinator, working closely with colleagues across all housing management functions. Your focus will be on making processes more transparent, efficient, and customer-friendly, delivering quick wins and long-term improvements. You’ll facilitate service improvement requests, analysis trends in performance highlighting best practice, and ensure our policies, processes, and work instructions are clear, compliant, and easy to follow. This is an agile role based in Leyland, with office attendance required according to business needs. Initially, you’ll be expected to spend time in the office to embed yourself within the team and organisation. What We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Essential: Proven experience in project management and/or housing management, with a track record of improving services and achieving financial results.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to work with complex ideas and drive innovation.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels.Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business purposes. Desirable: Understanding of social housing regulation, legislation, and sector challenges.Experience with housing management systems (e.g., QLX)Ability to deliver training and embed new ways of working.
