About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a new residential service in Leyland for adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives on challenge and is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
As Registered Manager, you will shape the culture and ethos of the service, lead by example, and ensure best practices are embedded in all aspects of care.
You will oversee the creation of personalised support plans, manage regulatory compliance, and foster a safe, empowering, and nurturing environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential service
Develop and implement person-centered care plans tailored to individual needs
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and quality frameworks
Support and mentor staff to deliver high-quality care
Promote a positive, inclusive, and empowering culture across the service
About You
Experienced in managing residential or supported living services for adults with autism, learning disabilities, and/or complex needs
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Committed to delivering person-centered care and continuous improvement
Knowledgeable of current regulations and best practice standards
