Summary

Vibe Recruit are looking for a Yard Operator with a valid Counterbalance licence to join our client in Hengoed, on a long-term basis. This is a hands-on outdoor role, offering consistent day-shift hours and varied duties.


Salary: £12.27 per hour /Paid weekly
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating a Counterbalance forklift (valid licence essential)

  • Working outdoors in the yard on a daily basis

  • Cleaning and maintaining the yard area

  • Handling and organising recyclable packaging

  • Loading and unloading lorries

  • Supporting the regrind process of waste plastic using a grinding machine (training provided once settled in)

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance forklift licence

  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to carry out manual tasks

  • Previous yard or warehouse experience beneficial
