Summary
Act as point of contact for the Engagement Team for colleagues, providing advice and support in stakeholder engagement. Co-ordinate the delivery of engagement activities and events (meetings, workshops, surveys, seminars). Manage action tracker from engagement meetings. Lead on ensuring stakeholder lists and intelligenceareupdatedandcontributingto the development and management of a stakeholder engagement platform. Manage theEngagement SharePoint site. Identify,analyseand interpret complex information to create reports,briefingsand meeting notes. Contribute to budgetary reporting and management for engagement eventsand support delivery of regular reporting to DHCW board.
