Do you believe sport can shape a young person's future?
Are you someone who lights up when you see a student find confidence, connection, or joy again?

We're working with a remarkable Hampshire-based sports provision just outside Eastleigh - a place designed for young people who thrive outside of traditional classroom settings. This is not a school. It's a peaceful, relationship-centred environment where movement, trust, and consistent adult support help students reset, rebuild, and reconnect.

From the moment the day starts, the focus is on calmness, belonging, and meaningful interaction. Mornings begin with a relaxed check-in, a chat, and the chance to set a positive tone. Progress isn't rushed. It's nurtured.

The team is now seeking full-time Sports Activity Leaders who can bring warmth, patience, and positivity to their small, close-knit team.

As a Sports Activity Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people aged 9-16 through:
- Light, structured physical activity and movement-led sessions
- Gentle 1:1 mentoring that builds trust and self-belief
- Helping students regulate emotions through sport, movement, and routine
- Starting the day with a check-in to support grounding and connection
- Encouraging independence - whether that's making breakfast, planning an activity, or choosing their day
- Joining students for outdoor walks, fishing, games, or creative time
- Using excellent facilities at a local rugby and cricket club

Every day is built around relationships, safety, and small but meaningful wins.
- A genuine family-feel team who care deeply about their students
- A peaceful, nature-rich environment perfect for movement and reflection
- A relationship-first approach - no pressure, no rush
- A setting where young people feel safe, seen, and supported
- Full training provided, including Team Teach
- Real investment in your growth as a practitioner

You don't need qualifications - just the right heart. Ideally, you are:
- Experienced in sport, coaching, youth work, or mentoring… or simply passionate about helping others
- Calm, patient, and emotionally aware
- Someone who communicates gently and listens deeply
- A person who values small steps and quiet breakthroughs
- Someone who believes joy, humour, and kindness have power
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- 8:30am-3:30pm
- £93 per day
- 12-week temp-to-perm pathway
- Immediate start
- Eastleigh location
- Full training provided

Visits are encouraged - come meet the team, have a coffee, and soak in the atmosphere.
