About the Role

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support that helps each student thrive. You will play an active role in implementing individual education plans, adapting learning materials, and supporting pupils in a way that meets their unique strengths, needs, and goals.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will bring:

A relevant qualification in education, SEN, or a related field (e.g. , TA Level 2/3, NVQ)
