Summary
See Job description and Person Spec attached The postholder will assist the City and Hackney Autism Service to complete more diagnostic assessments, by participating in aspects of the assessment process, depending on skill and experience, to provide information to the multidisciplinary team. They will take part in team discussions to reach diagnostic conclusions. They will help run the post diagnostic offer for newly diagnosed patients. Additionally they will assist the Operational Lead and the team Administrator in fielding enquiries from service users and other colleagues.
