About the Role
We are looking for a warm, patient, and reliable Live-In Companionship Carer to support an individual in Kilburn, North West London. This role is primarily companionship-focused, with additional awareness and understanding of dementia. Ideal candidates will have some experience supporting individuals with dementia or be willing to undertake training to meet the client’s needs.

Companionship & Emotional Support
• Provide friendly conversation, emotional reassurance, and social engagement.
• Offer gentle guidance and orientation for someone living with dementia.
• Encourage involvement in meaningful activities, hobbies, and daily routines.
Daily Living Assistance
• Support with light household duties such as meal preparation, tidying, and laundry.
• Accompany the client on walks, appointments, or local outings in Kilburn.
• Offer reminders and support with simple daily tasks, always promoting independence where possible.
Home & Safety Support
• Create a calm, structured environment that supports dementia-friendly living.
• Monitor general wellbeing and report any changes or concerns promptly.
• Assist with shopping or errands when needed.
