Your new role
As a Regulatory Affairs Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping regulatory strategies and ensuring compliance within the UK market. You'll work at the heart of a collaborative regulatory team, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to navigate the evolving UK regulatory landscape post-Brexit.Your work will influence clinical trial applications, national licencing, early access programs, and UK components of centralised European procedures. You'll also act as the primary liaison with the MHRA, driving negotiations and building strong external relationships.

  • Lead UK regulatory submissions and provide strategic guidance across therapeutic areas.
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with UK and EU regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor within the regulatory chapter.
  • Collaborate globally to support product lifecycle management and market access.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in UK Regulatory Affairs, including post-Brexit submissions.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and EU regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate regulatory strategies.
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
