Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

  • A relevant degree in English or a related subject.

  • Proven ability to teach English effectively at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

  • Excellent subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for English language and literature.

  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Commitment to continuous professional development and contributing positively to the school community.
