Hours: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: Competitive sessional or hourly rate (dependent on experience)
A well-established primary care environment in Stafford is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join the clinical team. This role is ideal for a GP who values high-quality patient care, continuity, and a supportive multidisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities• Provide high-quality clinical care across face-to-face and remote consultations
• Manage a mixed caseload of acute presentations, chronic disease reviews, and health checks
• Support QOF delivery and contribute to practice targets
• Undertake safeguarding responsibilities within scope of practice
• Collaborate with nurses, HCAs, pharmacists, and wider MDT
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to service improvement
• GMC-registered GP with licence to practise
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centred practice
• Reliable, organised, and confident in managing clinical workload
• Flexible full-time or part-time sessions
