Summary
What you'll be doing
Join the House of Commons as a Project Manager and take the lead in delivering a wide range of works across the Parliamentary Estate, from initial scoping to final handover. This is a role where no two days are the same, offering the chance to manage varied, meaningful projects in one of the UK's most iconic and mission-driven environments.
Once the scope is agreed, you'll drive progress through every stage: securing stakeholder sign-off, developing business cases, managing design and CDM requirements, procuring contractors, and overseeing installation on site. You'll administer contracts, manage cost and change, lead safety audits, coordinate quality inspections and ensure smooth commissioning and handovers.
With opportunities to shape continuous improvement, lead lessons-learned sessions and occasionally deputise for senior managers, this role offers both responsibility and real impact at the heart of UK Parliament.
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 60% of your time in the office.
