Summary
Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the company’s growth.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and partners.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
Carry out market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations.
Manage the sales pipeline and work towards achieving agreed targets.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and a positive client experience.
Produce regular reports on sales activity, performance, and market insights.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally within a similar industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, results-driven approach with confidence in managing client conversations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
