Summary
Construction Project Manager – Leading Contractor
Location: Bedford
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000

The Role – Construction Project Manager
You’ll manage a range of schemes from £250k–£3m in value, covering mixed construction projects. Reporting to a supportive Director, you’ll join a small, agile team of Contracts Managers and work closely with the Estimating team from conception to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing projects from tender input through to delivery
Managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
Leading site activities and resolving technical issues
Driving programme, quality, and safety standards
The Right Person
Experienced Construction Manager or Project Manager with a track record in general contracting
Comfortable managing projects end-to-end
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a hands-on, client-facing role
