Summary

Are you an experienced contracts manager seeking a role with a business that genuinely values its people and reputation? Our client is a well-established, family run fit-out specialist delivering projects across the Commercial, Education and Leisure sectors through the northwest.

The role

As contracts manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to handover. You'll manage programmes, budgets, and site teams while ensuring work is delivered safely and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role within a tight-knit team that takes pride in building long term client relationships and delivering projects they can be proud of.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects across commercial, education, and leisure sectors
  • Lead and support site teams to ensure safety, quality, programme targets are achieved
  • Oversee project financial, procurement, and client reporting.
  • Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain the company's reputation for quality workmanship and reliability

About you

  • Proven experience as a contracts manager (or senior project manager) within the fit-out or interior sector
  • Strong mechanical understanding and commercial awareness
  • Excellent leadership. Organisation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain client satisfaction
  • Based in the northwest, with flexibility to travel to sites across the region.
