Summary
DOMESTIC SUPERVISOR - HEALTHCARE
Salary: £12.75 - £17.21 per hour
(After 8PM and before 6AM £17.21 Per Hour)
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday between 17:00 and 02:00
Location: Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford, OX3 7LD
About the role:
This is a vital supervisory role where you will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and coaching the cleaning services team to maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the hospital.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and actively monitor the performance and output of the cleaning services team.
Staff Management: Oversee shift and work patterns to efficiently meet fluctuating staff levels and operational demands.
Customer Service: Respond effectively to customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction and quick resolution.
Stock Control: Supervise the monitoring and maintenance of cleaning stock levels, ensuring the team is always equipped to meet service requirements.
Operational Support: Actively support the team by assisting with cleaning duties where operational needs require it.
Creating a clean, safe, healthy and secure environment for people to work in is vital. Our Facilities Management teams work with some of the most important Government contracts, hospitals and schools. You will be making a difference, enabling and supporting these core businesses.
