We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Manager, working 40 hours per week across 7 days on a rota basis.
About the Role:
As Customer Service Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service at all times. You will lead, motivate, and support your team, while also driving continuous improvement and contributing to the overall success of the business. The role also involves undertaking a range of back-office duties, so confidence with technology and data is essential.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail environment (highly advantageous).
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A creative, proactive mindset with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Competent computer skills and confidence handling administrative or numerical tasks.
A professional and confident telephone manner.
