Summary

What you?ll do

  • Develop policies that are clear, compliant and meet business needs and regulatory standards

  • Work with leaders to prepare our organisation and colleagues to be ready for policy changes

  • Design consultation events and gather feedback from colleagues and customers

  • Create resources that help teams understand and apply policy

  • Scan the horizon for new legislation and best practice to keep us ahead

You have

  • Experience developing organisational wide policies with a keen eye always on the detail

  • Strong knowledge of social housing regulation and legislation

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, able to turn complex regulations into clear, accessible policies

  • Can confidently design and run consultation events with customers and colleagues

  • Proven track record of building positive relationships and working collaboratively across teams

The practical bits

  • You?ll work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, with flexibility built in

  • We?ll consider applications for part-time working or job share

  • You?ll be part of our national team, with flexibility to work from one of our national Home Group offices (near where you are based) two days a week and the rest from home.

  • There will be occasional travel and overnight stays to work with our team based across the UK
