| Additional salary information: | This post is part of the Scottish Government Digital, Data and Technology (DDAT) profession, as a member of the profession you will join the professional development system, currently BCS Role Mode plus. This post currently attracts a £5000 annual DDAT pay supplement, applicable after a 3-month competency qualifying period. The payment will be backdated to your start date in the role. Pay supplements are reviewed regularly and there is one currently underway. Changes will be communicated when the review is concluded. |

The Scottish Public Pensions Agency (SPPA) is an Agency of the Scottish Government. Its principal role is to administer the pensions, premature retirement and injury benefits schemes for employees of the National Health Service in Scotland (NHSSS) the Scottish Teachers' Superannuation Scheme (STSS), the Fire Scotland Pension Scheme and the Police Scotland Pension Scheme. The Head of Service Management will work to support business objectives.
As Senior Delivery Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across multidisciplinary delivery teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. You will take ownership of legislative events and changes within SPPA, leading a team of subject matter experts and making informed decisions and maintaining accountability. You should be able to lead experts and understand complexity without being an expert and be able to drive momentum and pace. You will also be the primary escalation point offering guidance and support to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
