Your new role
As CRM Delivery Director, you will lead a major CRM transformation programme, overseeing the successful implementation of a new platform across multiple business units. This role involves managing cross-functional delivery teams, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring the programme is delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to business operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the delivery roadmap, milestones, and risk management.
- Coordinating product, engineering, QA, data, and supplier teams.
- Leading governance and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Driving adoption and change management across the organisation.
- Championing continuous improvement and delivery discipline.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven leadership in large-scale CRM or platform transformation programmes.
- Strong technical delivery background with experience in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including at executive level.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and complex dependencies.
- Hands-on problem-solving ability and resilience under pressure.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and cloud technologies.
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance scope, cost, and quality.
